Our main activity is providing qualified polish workers for temporary jobs in France.
Our action is part of the legal framework about temporary workers in accord with the french rules about work, as well as european laws.
We handle the whole workers recruitment process and all the administrative tasks, in the most strict respect of international laws for setting polish specialists in France.
The salaried workers belong to the BMS company, so that all the charges, that include the salaries and the social cotisations (retirement, helath insurance ...) are handled by us.
The charges are directly payed to the following structures:
- Zaklad Ubezpieczen Spolecznych (ZUS), for the retirement, disability, illness and work accidents
- Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia (NFZ), for the health insurance
Now, our client just has to pay the bill.
Recruitement process:
Firstable, we establish with our customer a mandate in which are defined:
- the nature and the length of the mission
- the work space used by the worker
- the skills and experience needed, and the necessary certificates and/or licences
Then we start the workers research process through individual interviews.
While its arriving in France, the selected worker is gived a work contract and has the medical certificate required for hygiene and security rules.
After signing the contract, we assure the transfert of the worker to the french company.
The delay betwen the order and the effective setting of the worker is about 3 weeks.
The language is not a problem, the worker as well as the french company benefit a permanant network of interpreters.
